What a good installation plan covers
The right system depends on the rooms, windows, insulation and layout of the property, as well as the equipment already in place. A replacement should not automatically repeat the old unit's size: the old system may have been oversized, or the building may have changed. For a ducted project, airflow and the condition of the ducts matter alongside the new equipment. For a ductless project, the number and use of the rooms help determine the indoor-unit layout.
